Retirement = finally allowing myself permission to draw, paint and try more art. Not formally trained, taking any opportunity for online or actual workshops to learn more. And there’s always books and exhibitions.
Giggles in the sun
I really liked this colourful photo of a dad enjoying smiles with his son, so I painted it in pastels. It was a delightful exercise in colour, especially the shawl, as well as working to capture the figures.
